The Trio nestles in a dip just off the Tancia road, surrounded by trees and is only a few kilometres away from the main farmhouse.
With tables and benches outside and a large barb q, it has been used for years as an outdoor picnic spot.
These days thankfully, it offers much more!
The family have created a restaurant – with indoor and outdoor seating – which is open every night and for Sunday lunch during the summer months, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings during the winter.
The enchanting woodland setting is the perfect backdrop for a relatively cheap evening out dining on pizza - undoubtedly one the best in the area - or top quality meat (from livestock raised at the Casale Tancia) cooked on an open grill.

It also offers typical hostel-type accommodation in a simple but clean and comfortable restored farmhouse of approximately 200 sqm with open-fireplace, and a wood gazebo of about 100sqm, which has a large room with three bunk beds (max 6 people) plus kitchen and bathroom whilst annother building nearby has two bedrooms, with three bunk beds in each (max 12 people) plus kitchen and bathroom.

The perfect solution for a small-school / student group who want a base from which to explore the surrounding nature, or even for a family wanting to get off the main tourist routes to relax, go mountain bike / horse riding, or explore some of the numerous trails in the area.
